Kathryne L. Hill, age 69, of Belleville, formerly of Carlyle, died Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville. She was born November 29, 1948 in Enid, OK, the daughter of the late Sidney E. and Vandalynn D. (Patton) Hill.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her Life Partner, Danny Urbeck, who passed away March 11, 2015; and a sister, Beth Anne Erskin.

She is survived by a daughter, Lisa (Joe) Reimer Levy of O’Fallon, IL; two siblings: Timothy J. Hill of Belleville and Yvette (Don) Hanft of Bloomington, IN; two nieces: Kristy (Danny) Dicky of Austin, TX and Emily (Jake) Richart of Bloomington, IL; and two great-nieces: Bella and Maya.

Ms. Hill was a Senior Treasurer at Peabody Coal Co., retiring in 2007.

A Memorial Gathering will be held from 1-4 p.m. Friday, August 24, 2018 at Kalmer Memorial Services, located between Lebanon and O’Fallon on Rt. 50.
