Sherri A. Taylor, age 54, of Shiloh, passed away at 7:15 a.m. Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Evelyn’s Hospice House in Creve Ceour, MO. She was born October 22, 1963 in Rapid City, SD, the daughter of Dwain and Karen (Rand) Etheridge, both of whom survive in Shiloh.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Mark Taylor, whom she married May 31, 1992; two children: Christian Taylor (Jessica Gordon) of Shiloh and Zachary Taylor of O’Fallon; one brother, Patrick (fiance Susan Knight) Etheridge; her maternal grandmother, Ora Rand of Oshkosh, WI; her father-in-law, Gerald Taylor of St. Louis; a brothre-in-law and sister-in-law, Tim (Susan Carmody) Taylor of Bloomington, IL and Amy Taylor of Hartford, CT; and two nieces: Grace Taylor and Cate Taylor.

Sherri was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Elwyn and Lucille Etheridge; her maternal grandfather, Donald Rand; and her mother-in-law, Helen Taylor.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, August 24, 2018 at Faith Lutheran Church in O’Fallon, followed by a memorial service starting at 7:00 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the O’Fallon Community Food Pantry, 801 E. State St., O’fallon, IL 62269.
