Obituary for Sunhee Barker
Sunhee Barker, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on January 24, 2019 in St. Louis, MO.
Sunhee was born to Sang Kook Jeon and Doo Bong Jeon (Kim) on March 18,1958 in Seoul, South Korea. She was married for 19 loving years to her soulmate Steven Barker. They have one son together, Christopher Barker of Burke, Virginia.
Sunhee is preceded in death by her father, Sang Kook Jeon, and her mother, Doo Bong (Kim) , and her brother, Tae Sik Shin.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Barker; son, Christopher Barker; Brother, Sung Un Jeon; Sister, Sookyung Shin; and her beloved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Humane Society of Belleville Area.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 10 a.m. – noon Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Kalmer Memorial Services, located on Rt. 50 between Lebanon and O’Fallon, IL.
Memorials may be given to the Belleville Area Humane Society.
